This is the Canadian pressing, as seen inside the Brainfreeze CD booklet.  The B-side is an awful disco song.  But "Inside Out" is a low down soul/funk/jazz track with sexy vocals, mixed in with some gospel-style singing from the background singers during the second chorus ("HEY! Do yourself some good!"), a la Graham Central Station.
