As seen inside the Brainfreeze booklet.  A stock version of this 45 exists with the mid-70's trees label, but you'll want to pick up the white label promo to hear the mono mix, completely different than the stereo A-side.  Both versions on this 45 are also different than the mixes found on the stereo and quadraphonic versions of the Awakenings album.  Mystic Moods creator Paul Miller would eventually help create the Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (MFSL) label, who were known for their quality vinyl and 24K CD's for audiophiles.
